Commission ID: ALWAYS OPEN

So I decided to make a quick ID for commissions, since im not getting much luck with just my journal. 

MORE EXAMPLES ARE DETAILS AVAILABLE IN MY JOURNAL:  Commissions Open AlwaysEven though I have unlimited slots, you must be willing to be PATIENT. I do not skip people in the list.
I have the right to increase the price of the commission if I feel like what was requested is more work than the base price listed.

Refunds are picky. We can talk about it, though, if you are unhappy with waiting
I do not skip people, unless you have a good reason for a specific deadline. You must mention it in your note first thing
